I recieved a phone call this evening on my way home from work from my little sister whose car decided to stop working while she was in the middle of the road. The wonderful world of Mindlessness

So I just got thinking about how crazy and wonderful this world of utter confusion is. This is the time of trying times. Not necessarily the trying times of hardship but more of the times of amazement and wonderment. The time to accomplish things. The time to figure life out. The time to find and surround oneself with those they will have around for eternity.

These are the times I speak of. And here we go about our days and never does these decisions weigh down on us to a point that we are unable to function. Only at times does it hit us and weigh us down. But those times come after much thought is put into the equation and we stress ourselves out. No, I have found that the best way to deal with these issues is to not to.

No really though I have been thinkin alot about where I am going to be in the next 2, 6, 12 months, 2 or 5 years. The only sure thing that I know is one thing. And that one thing is that “I don’t know the answers fully to these questions.” Wow, doesn’t that just give you assurance. It does not do so to me.

I worry that I will not be able to accomplish my dreams. I worry that I will say the wrong thing at the wrong time to friends, family, and those I surround myself with. I worry that I will never find the one. I worry that I will not be able to provide for my future family. I worry that I will not be able to help those I love when they are in need.

And yet with all these worries, plus many more, I don’t fret. I don’t know what it is, but I don’t get overly stressed. I worry but I don’t let it get me down.

As of recent I have found myself liking this particular amazing girl. She is gorgeous, smart, knows what she wants in life, helping me achieve some of my own goals, and fun. I find myself questioning myself of what I have gotten myself into again though. Although she is right there she is not. You see she has been dating someone else for a year and every time we get together she ends up talking about him. Not that that is bad. Don’t get me wrong. I am excited for her. It just always seems that I find myself starting to like someone, which by the way takes a lot, and then it just never is able to materialize because there is something in the way.

So here I sit and wait, and hope that my day will come. I find myself in a state of mindlessness. Not really sure of what to expect next and not sure how to proceed. I do know one thing though, and that is that if you put one foot of the other and keep moving forward you eventually will find where you are going. My one hope that keeps me moving forward is that my dreams are out there and that they are achievable. This alone will help me through the wonderful world of mindlessness.
